Please meet at the Praça do Comércio (Commerce Square), by the main entrance to the Arco da Rua Augusta — the large stone arch at the northern side of the square. Look for our guide holding a TrueOdysseys sign near the base of the arch, next to the pedestrian walkway under the archway. This is a central and easy-to-find location, accessible by metro (Baixa-Chiado or Terreiro do Paço stations), tram, or on foot from the city center.
Get Directions
Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. The tram will depart on time and cannot wait for late arrivals.
The tour is not wheelchair accessible due to the design of the vintage tram.
Strollers are allowed but must be foldable and can be stored on board.
Infants must sit on an adult’s lap — there are no dedicated infant seats.
Please inform us in advance of any dietary restrictions if you plan to include the Pastel de Nata tasting.
A minimum number of participants is required for the tour to operate. In case of cancellation due to insufficient numbers, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
